This home was divided up into many small rooms. We where able to remove the walls to give our client the open floor plan they where dreaming of.

The homeowner bought an older house that was very closed off. They wanted an open concept. We relocated the kitchen and removed walls. We added a 12’ sliding door to let in as much natural light as possible. 

The Grand Home

The homeowner want a open modern concept. We remove two walls installed a beam in the ceiling to create the perfect open space. We installed a large window in the kitchen to let in the natural light. The island was a custom cabinet piece with a waterfall edge and a rounded beaded back. This island is truly a one of kind statement piece.

The homeowner has a big family and want space for everyone around the island. We built the island with a step down table. Now if they are cooking or dining there is room for everyone.
